September 2011 Beauty Favourites

I'm sure your dashboard is overflowing with favourites kind of posts right now, but for me I find them so interesting (it might be the nosy old lady in me). They always give me ideas of new products to try in the incoming months.

So here are mine for this month:
Mac Mineralize Skinfinish in Semi Precious Pearl.
1: Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser.
I'm sure you are all familiar with this cult beauty product, well it definitely lives up to it's status. I use this to remove my make up at night and it works brilliantly, it gets off numerous layers of mascara effortlessly.

2: OPI Bring On The Bling Nail Polish.
This is quite possibly one of my favourite nail polishes of all time, its gorgeous and who doesn't love a bit of glitter, especially at this time of year.

3: Organix Revitalizing Pomegranate & Green Tea Shampoo.
This is my new go-to shampoo, I got it a few weeks ago from Homesense for £3.99 and it smells amazing. I have never tried a sulphate free shampoo before and was worried it wouldn't lather up, but it was fine and my hair felt so clean and it of course smelled fabulous.

4: Mac Mineralize Skinfinish in Semi Precious Pearl.
I have been loving using the middle of this Skinfinish as a blush this month, it gives a gorgeous warm, bronze/mauve glow. It will be so pretty for autumn.

5: Neal Wolf Harmony Intensive Care Treatment.
I received this in my September Glossybox and I love it, first of all it smells amazing and leaves your hair felling so soft and luxurious. It's called a hair treatment for a reason.

6: Macadamia Healing Oil Treatment.
Again another beauty box goodie, I love mixing this with my Neal Wolf Treatment and together they make my hair so unbelievably soft. I won't say anything else, because I want to do a full post about it, so look out for that in the coming weeks.

7: Mac Girl About Town Lipstick.
I know I've been going on about bold lips for what feels like years, but I really do love them, and this lipstick has been definitely been my favourite this month. It's amazing, it doesn't move from your lips all night. If you are looking for a out there lip colour this season, this is it.

Let me know your favourite products that you've been reaching for all month, and be sure to leave me some post recommendations.

XOXO Claire

  1. I've been really curious about the Organix shampoos, as I'm really into those sort of products and especially since I've heard a lot of good things about them! Pity I can't get them here. Girl about town looks absolutely gorgeous on you!

    Love the new layout btw!
