March 2012 Beauty Favourites

Another month down means it's time for my monthly favourites, I don't have that much to show you all this month, but I thought I would do a post on the products anyway, as they are one of my favourite post's to read and I always add new things to my beauty wishlist from other peoples posts.

Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Cream Skin Protection
Mac Fascinating Eye Kohl:
I picked up this little beauty at the beginning of last month and have been using it in my water line ever since. It really brightens up your eyes and makes you look wide awake, even when you're not lol. It's so creamy, very pigmented and will probably last me a long time.

Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Serum:
I know I mentioned this serum a few months ago, but it's still in my nighttime routine so I had to include it. This stuff is amazing, no joke, it makes my skin so soft and I swear I've hardly had any spots since I started using this regularly. I will definitely be repurchasing the full size, although I don't see that happening any time soon, you only need the smallest amount, so it will probably last me a good six months if not longer.

Thierry Mugler Alien Perfume:
I've been thoroughly enjoying using this perfume lately, it's the perfect spring scent, really fresh, but still musky. I also love how different the bottle is, it doesn't look like anything else in my collection. I definitely recommend the next time you're in a department store to take a sniff, it's delicious.

Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Cream Skin Protection:
This is a cult product that I'm sure you've all heard about and I've been using it as a lip balm for the last month and it's been amazing for my lips. I have seriously dry, chapped lips and for someone who loves wearing bright lipstick it's a nightmare. I've tried so many lip treatments and this is the only one I've found that cuts the mustard. I apply it before bed and when I wake up and I've really seen a difference, I definitely recommend it if you have the same problem.

Topshop Cream Blush in Head Over Heals:
I've been obsessed with this blush lately, it's a nice change if you're a bit bored of the regular pink blush,. It's a cream to powder formula which I really like as I tend to find normal cream blushes just leave my skin looking a little too dewy, as I have oily skin.

Benefit Creasless Cream Shadow in RSVP:
As my Urban Decay primer potion has not been working for me recently, this is the baby I turned to and it's never let me down. It's a gorgeous pinky champagne colour and looks amazing under pretty much any eye shadow, or on it's own. I own 4 or 5 of these creaseless cream shadows and they really do give Mac paint pots a run for their money, I actually prefer them.

Let me know what you've been loving this month & if you have any recommendations.

Alien is amazing, its the only purfume I wear and has been for nearly 8 months. My history teacher constantly asks me what perfume i'm wearing.
