What's Inside My Holiday Beauty Washbag?

This year I really tried to reduce the amount of make up and beauty products I brought with me to Florida. As I've mentioned many time's before, I am definitely a serial over-packer especially when it comes to make up, my make up bag used to weigh just as much as my suitcase lol. So this year I deliberately decided to be ruthless and bring only the essentials. Because do I really need 7 mascaras, 5 foundations and 20 lipsticks? probably not.

Ok lets get started, unfortunately due to some dizziness on my part all the products are kind of jumbled up and are in no particular order, sorry about that:

L-R Mini Soleil Shaving Gel & Razor
Baby Powder
Aussie Miracle Colour Insurance Leave In Conditioner
Mini Jimmy Choo Perfume Sample
Moroccan Oil Nourishing Travel Set
Mini Clean On Me Shower Gel
Philosophy Purity Cleanser
On Deodorant
Mini Bioderma
Contact Lenses (obviously I brought enough for 2 weeks lol)
Hair Clip
Mini The Body Shop Mango Butter
Benefit Hula Bronzer
Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturiser
Collection 2000 Lasting Perfection Concealer
Loreal False Lash Telescopic mascara
Clinique Super City Block SPF40
Tangle Teaser

I used the Collection 2000 concealer everyday without fail, it's amazing, definitely a must have for anybody going on holiday who still want a bit of coverage. I also religiously applied my Clinique Super City Block which I never go on holiday without. I can honestly say the baby powder was a life saver, it was so hot and I of course wanted to wear my skirts, so I applied it every morning and my legs didn't chafe (I know that's probably a bit TMI, but it happens).

L-R: Models Own 3in1 (Base coat)
Seche Vite (Topcoat)
Bourjois Magic Remover
Liz Earle Moisturiser
Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry Touch Sunblock SPF30
Sultan Once For Face
La Roche-Posay Samples
EOS Summer Fruits Lip-balm
OPI What With The Cattitude
China Glaze Flip Flop Fantasy
OPI Mod About You
Revlon Strawberry Shortcake Lip Butter
Revlon Tutti Frutti Lip Butter

The Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry Touch Sunblock SPF30 was another must have for me, I didn't leave the house until I had this slathered all over (except my face), unfortunately there was a day when I missed a few spots and I did get a bit of sunburn, so it shows that it really does work.

I did forget to take a picture of a few things, like, the Naked 2 palette, Mac MSF Natural, Jemma Kid Light As Air Foundation (for night-time), Benefit RSVP Creaseless Cream Shadow & Mac Show Orchid (my go-to summer lip colour).

As you can imagine it took barely any time to do my face in the morning, needless to say my dad was pretty pleased. The Clinique Super City Block was an amazing base, it really made my concealer stay put all day and the Revlon lip butters really made my lips stay hydrated throughout my trip.

So that's it, I know to some people it still might be a lot of products, but for me it really is traveling light and I'm pretty proud of myself lol.

Feel free to let me know what your holiday essentials are, will you be traveling light this summer?
