July 2012 Beauty Favourites

I know it wasn't that long ago that I did my June favourites, but I didn't want to fall behind and I've found quite a few new products over the last few weeks that I just had to mention, so lets get started:

Bumble & Bumble Sunday Shampoo
I recently did a review of this shampoo which you can read here if you're interested but I love using this product, I never thought I would look forward to washing my hair, strange but true. It's also never felt and looked as clean.
      Kiehl's Midnight Recovery Concentrate |
I've been using this serum pretty much every night, so much so, that this little sample is nearly finished. I can definitely feel the difference in my skin the morning after I've used this serum, it feels so much softer and looks more plumped, like it's restored all the lost moisture. It is quite an expensive product but skincare is definitely one thing I don't mind spending a bit more money on.

Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush in Tipsy |
This is the only blush I've used for the past few weeks, it's such a gorgeous pinky/coral colour that's so pigmented, it's probably the most pigmented blush I own. It gives such a lovely flush of colour, I just can't get enough.

Seventeen Wild Curls Mascara |

I recently won this mascara from a blog giveaway and I love it. I've been using it underneath other mascaras to help lengthen my lashes, it really is a great base for other mascaras, especially ones that are more volumising.

Bumble & Bumble Surf Spray |
This is another pretty famous product that I just had to try. I've always been envious of all the Victoria Secret models and their perfectly coiffed, beach ready waves. Well this product definitely helps me on my way, I am planning on doing a whole review on this spray, so that's all I will say for now.

Fresh Sugar Lip Treatment |
I picked this up in Florida (well I actually got it for free, as a Sephora beauty insider birthday present, I definitely recommend signing up for the insider program) and I'm obsessed with it. I apply it every morning and night without fail and it leaves my lips so incredibly smooth and moisturised, unlike anything I've ever used before. I really wish I'd picked up a full size, as I'm nearly out of the mini and I'm going to be really sad when it's all gone, it is expensive but it's completely worth it.

Bath & Body Works Paris Amour Fragrance Mist |
I'm obsessed with this scent, it's really fruity but not too overly sweet, it smells amazing. I like that's it's light enough to wear everyday, plus it's so inexpensive, you could buy 10 of these for the price of a ordinary perfume. I also picked up the matching shower gel and body lotion. I really wish we had Bath & Body Works over here because I would be all over it.

Sally Hansen Insta Brite Nail Whitener |
This was a bit of an impulse buy for me, I added it to my basket without thinking, luckily for me it turned out that this little product is pretty good. I've only used it a few times so this is technically cheating , but I'm already starting to see a difference in my nails. They no longer look all stained and yellow, I use this as my base coat and apply it before I paint my nails. It was so inexpensive, I definitely recommend it if you are having trouble with stained nails.

I would love to know your opinions on the products I've mentioned, also let me know what you've been loving this month.

XOXO Claire

  2. I got the sugar lip balm for my gift too and I love it as well. The only thing from stopping me from buying it is the price, here in canada it's $22.50 that's not including our tax we have either. So I'm trying to find other balms out there that are the same, I'll let u know if i can find the same great feeling in another brand

    1. Tell me about it, it's on Ebay for £20 my mum would kill me if she knew I spent that much on a lipbalm. I've herd that the Nuxe Reve de Miel Baume is suppose to be pretty good although it's not much cheaper. :-)
