March 2013 Beauty Favourites

I'm so glad March is over, hopefully the new month brings with it some nicer weather. I'm not asking for a heatwave, just enough warmth so I can finally retire my fuzzy socks, I don't think that's asking too much, do you? Anywho here are a few of the beauty products I've been reaching for over the last month.

Buxom Big & Healthy Lip Cream in Creamsicle:
I'm not normally a lip gloss girl but I've loved this one this month, it's lovely and opaque, not too sticky and lasts on the lips for quite a while, plus the colour is just gorgeous. It says it's a plumping gloss but I've not seen any evidence of that, though it does leave a cool tingling sensation on the lips.

Macadamia Healing Oil Treatment:
I was officially a Moroccan Oil girl up until the beginning of the year when it started to make my hair greasy. I decided it was time for a change. I was given this macadamia one for Christmas and I've been using it all month. It leaves my hair so soft and tangle free, I only wish it had a pump.

Origins Make A Difference Plus+ Rejuvenating Treatment:
My skin has been uncharacteristically dry recently, I'm guessing because of the weather, but I needed to restore some of the moisture, so I turned to Origins. This treatment is to be used before your moisturiser and can be used in place of a serum. It leaves my skin so soft and I can definitely tell the difference in the morning. Plus it's so light you can barely feel it on your skin.

Essie Nail Polishes:
I've been loving wearing Essie polishes this month, you may have noticed from my most recent NOTD's. The diffusion line from Boots/Superdrug is amazing, the new formula and brush make an unbeatable combination, paired with the product below.

Seche Vite Dry Fast Topcoat:
I won't harp on about this too much as I did a full review a few weeks ago which you can read here, but this is the only topcoat I know I can rely on for keeping my nails glossy and chip free.

Dr Jart Most Moist Water Max Sleeping Mask:
I said earlier my skin has been pretty dry, especially around my chin and eyebrows, I was using the origins drink up mask but I find it to be too thick, plus I'm not that into the smell. This one does the same job but is lighter on the skin and smells amazing, so refreshing. This mask will be perfect for the warmer weather too, if it ever gets here.

   Swatches:
I know you shouldn't wish the months away but I'm definitely looking forward to the end of April, purely for selfish reasons I'm going to Florida and it can't come soon enough, I'm in desperate need of some vitamin d.

Let me know what you've been loving this month?

XOXO Claire
