NOTD | Essie Liquorice & L'Oreal Confetti Topcoat

Another day, another nail polish combination. I've actually had one of these polishes in my collection for quite a while, but I've never gotten around to using it, due to my slight (ahem) nail polish addiction. I have far too many, there really should be an AA for nail polish hoarders like myself. My mum keeps joking that if I buy any more we'll need to build an extension to house them all, which to me... sounds like the perfect idea haha, anywho getting back on track.

You may have seen this gorgeous glossy black polish a few times before on my blog, purely because it's one of my favourites. Completely opaque in two coats, this polish leaves your nails unbelievably shiny even without a topcoat. It also goes a good 4 days without any chipping. If you're after a lovely black nail polish, I definitely recommend this one. As for the top coat, I love how the white confetti really stands out against the starkness of the back. Though I think it would look just as stunning over the top of a lovely pastel colour.

Do you have a favourite black polish that you always turn to?

XOXO Claire
