Summer Makeup Edit: Dior Amber Diamond Highlighter

What with all the gorgeous weather we've been having lately, a full face of make up has been the last thing on my mind. Luckily my skin has been cooperating (thank the lord), so going make up free hasn't been too much of a problem. There have been a few instances though when I've felt like slapping on the warpaint and this is one of the looks I've been favoring of late. Very dewy and luminous, not usually my style especially in this heat, but I have to say I'm really liking it, so I thought I would show you.

Glowing, luminous skin is definitely a big hit with me and this selection of products really do a good job at achieving said look, I think anyway.  I've just rediscovered the Clarins Daily Face Cream and I have no idea why I've never used it before, it gives your skin the most beautiful glow, plus it smells gorgeous, like most Clarins products do.

I used my new Dior Paradise blush/bronzer duo and it's beautiful! I used the bronzer to contour, it does take a while to build up the colour but it's perfect for my pale skin. I was worried it might be too muddy but it's spot on, though I will say that if you have dark skin it probably won't show up.

Like I mentioned in one of my last posts, I may have been bitten by the Dior bug, so I riffled through my collection to find my very unloved Amber Diamond Highlighter, I know, I should be ashamed. I just always seem to forget about it, despite the fact that it makes your skin literally look like it's glowing from the inside out. It's so pretty, you can even use it for eyeshadow. It really does deserve it's holy grail status.

Lastly I applied one of my favourite summer lipsticks, Mac Costa Chic. Which really does finish off the look, you really can't beat Mac lipsticks.

Let me know what your favourite "glowy" products for summer are?

XOXO Claire
