NOTD | OPI Just Spotted The Lizard Nail Polish

Considering my last NOTD (link) wasn't exactly Autumn-esk, I've upped up the anti and pulled out the big guns. Yep OPI! They've not had much love from me over the summer months, purely because I tend to favor their autumn/winter colours more. So here's my first official A/W NOTD of 2013.

This particular polish is from last years OPI Spiderman collection and is most definitely one of the standouts. It's such a unique colour, in some lights it looks olive green and in others it has more of a gorgeous metallic golden sheen. It really is the prefect transitional shade which is definitely getting me excited for autumn. It was opaque in two coats, lasted 6 days with minimal tip wear and had no chips. Absolutely one to add to your collection!

What are your favourite transitional nail polishes? I don't want to pull out the burgundy shades just yet, I'm trying to hold on a few weeks more.

XOXO Claire

  1. I saw this when it was released and fell in love! However I found an amazing dupe from Topshop in Hidden Treasure that I love :)

  3. I seem to see this kind of polish around quite a bit - originally it was a dupe of Chanel Peridot but I think less expensive brands have also produced very similar duochrome shades. It is very unique looking though and OPI is one of my favourite (if not my favourite) nail polish brands :)
