Beauty Edit: Glitter Nail Polish Haul

I think we all know by now that I have a bit of a nail polish addiction, which is definitely not being helped by the amazing array of polishes the drugstores have been churning out recently. I certainly don't need an excuse to peruse the aisles of Boots! So I thought I would show you a few new shades that have been added to my collection.

Nail Polish Haul
Maybelline Nail Polish Haul
Deborah Lippmann Best Of Both Worlds Rock & Roll Set £17.99
Essie Encrusted Belugaria £9.99
L'Oreal Sequin Explosion £4.99
Maybelline Colour Show Topcoat in Ally Attitude £3.99
Maybelline Colour Show Topcoat in White Splatter £3.99

Now the first thing wasn't necessarily bought in the drugstore, I actually ordered it online, but it was just so pretty, I couldn't leave it out. I originally saw this lovely Deborah Lippmann Top & Basecoat set, on Anna's blog and the sparkly sequin pouch alone sold it to me. I've checked online and it's currently out of stock on Look Fantastic, but hopefully they will get more, finger crossed!

Right onto the polishes, I couldn't venture into boots and not have a nosy at the Essie stand. Luckily I only came away with one shade, Belugaria, which is a really nice black, with chunky gem-like-glitter, quite unique I think. My mum wanted something from the L'Oreal counter so I popped along and came across a polish that just screams "me". A multicolored glitter, did I need another one? No, but I couldn't leave without it.

Anywho, the Maybelline stand is really impressing me at the moment, they really are on a roll and these two polishes in particular are definitely ones to take a look at. Ally Attitude is a gorgeous turquoise splatter, really finely packed and very unusual. The white spatter may just be my favourite, a stunning white and lilac splatter polish with glitter, beautiful! I justified all these polishes because I bought them with my Boots points, which we all know doesn't count as money, right?

I'm not sure if these polishes are limited edition, but if they are, you better be quick, I don't imagine them hanging around long.

What have you picked up from the "Drugstore" recently?

XOXO Claire

  2. I have picked up a few bits from Revlon this week including the ColourStay concealer and Highlighting palette. Both products I am in love with. I love glitter nail polishes but they are just a nightmare to take off.
