Beauty Edit: 7 Of The Best Product Inventions

It just occurred to me the other day, where would we be without some of the best beauty inventions? Don't get me wrong we're not in the same realm as inventing the light bulb or the theory of relativity, but where would we beauty bloggers be without some of our favourite beauty inventions? I thought I would show you a few things my beauty routine couldn't possibly function without.

Best Beauty Inventions
Best Beauty Inventions
Tangle Teezer
I honestly can't remember what I used to brush my hair before I invested in one of these bad-boys. Saying something beauty related is life changing sounds a bit dramatic, but without this brush I would be giving Snooki a run for her money! Believe me haha.

Travalo
Gone are the days of having to lug around heavy bottles of perfume, only to find out they've split at the bottom of your favourite bag. This genius little device lets you carry your favourite scent, without the extra weight of a glass bottle. Perfect for traveling, plus it will fit into the tiniest of clutches.

Bourjois Magic Nail Polish Remover
Remember the old days when you had to actually use a cotton pad to remove nail polish, yeah, I honestly don't miss those days haha. The person who thought up this idea deserves a raise!

Shu Uemura Eyelash Curers
Straight eyelashes are so 2001. Curling you lashes before applying your mascara really makes a difference, if you've not tried it before I urge you to, it really opens up your eyes. How on earth did we get fluttery lashes before these babies.

Caudalie Divine Oil
At first the idea of a multi use oil scared the bejesus out of me, but now I've joined the beauty blogging revolution, it's a fab idea. My hair and limbs love it, though I haven't summoned enough courage to use it on my face I'm sure I will at some point.

Bioderma
Oh the old face wipes days! My skin is so thankful I found the savior that is Bioderma, I no longer have to contend with red, dry, scratchy skin and bloodshot eyes! All hail the French, they certainly know their skincare, and pastries.

I can safely say painting my nails wouldn't be nearly as enjoyable without this gem of a topcoat. I'm sure you're all sick of me mentioning it by now, it probably pops up in the majority of my posts, but if you're having trouble with your nail polish chipping, want to improve drying time and be left a gorgeously glossy finish, invest in this pronto!

What, in your opinion are the best beauty inventions? What can't you be without in your beauty routine?

XOXO Claire

  7. Ooops, I feel so out of the loop because I haven't tried anything in this post! I really want to grab a Travelo though, because you never know when you need a spritz, right? ;) I've also heard amazing things about the Shu eyelash curler, but yikes, that price!
As for me, I can't live without my RT buffing brush! Can't believe how cakey my foundation used to look before brushes!

  13. The Caudalie Divine Oil is amazinggg! I liked the seche vite top coat because it dries so fast and flawlessly, but it chips on me way too quickly. I want to try Bourjois Magic Nail Polish remover! I hate using cotton pads T_T then the cotton fluff gets stuck on my thumbnail and it gets so messy *sigh*
