Drugstore Beauty Haul: The Body Shop & Boots

I know I know, what am I like, I have the self control of a mouse in a cheese shop where discounts and 3 for 2's are concerned. Here are a few of my recent unnecessary purchases. Let's start with The Body Shop.

Products from The Body Shop
Products from The Body Shop
Banana Shampoo £4.50
Banana Conditioner £4.50
Camomile Sumptuous Cleansing Balm £12
Camomile Silky Cleansing Oil £10
Ginger Anti Dandruf Shampoo £4.50
Mango Shower & Moisture Set £6

A few weeks ago The Body Shop were doing an amazing 40% off everything offer and I couldn't ignore it. That was a mahoosive (yes that is a word haha) discount, so I decided to pick up a few things that I'd had my eye on for a while, including the much raved about Camomile Cleansing Balm and Oil, I'm interested to see how they compare to the Clinique and Mac versions, I will definitely report back.

All the other items were impulse purchases, so I could make my order up to £20 enabling me to get free shipping, does anyone else do that? Haha. Anywho you can never have enough shampoo and shower gel can you?

Moving on to my Boots goodies, most of which were bought with my Boots points, best thing since sliced bread or what?

A few beauty products from the drugstore

3 for 2 and Boots points, you didn't expect me to hold back did you, my list was as long as my arm. I'm sure the majority of these products won't come as much of a surprise, the beauty community is going gaga over both the Barry M Gelly Nail Paints & the Bourjois Velvet Lipsticks, one of which I've just tried and it's absolutely justified!

If there's anything you would like a review of or swatches, just let me know. Did you take advantage of either of these offers?

XOXO Claire

  1. I love the camomile cleansing balm! It's super soft and makes my skin feel great. I took advantage of The Body Shop's 40% off sale, too, and decided to try the new aloe gel and the aloe night cream. I'd love to hear what you think of the shampoo and conditioner, I've never tried any hair products from TBS.

    1. 40% off was such a good deal! I will definitely do a review of the shampoo and conditioner :)

  2. I love the look of those Bourjois Lipsticks, I can't wait to pick up a couple to try! Would love to hear how you get on with the Banana Shampoo and Conditioner.
