Product Review: Soap & Glory Archery Brow Tint & Pencil

Whoa what's happening to me, this is my second brow post in as many months I may becoming slightly obsessed. Groomed Brows really do change your entire face as I've certainly found out, though it can also be an expensive habit.

Most of the brow products I use are over the £20 mark, so I wanted to find a drugstore alternative that did the job while still being affordable, well I may have found one.

Rumour has it this brow pencil could be a dupe for the famous Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz, those claims I can't attest to as I haven't tried it, but either way this one is a good little drugstore find.

On one end you have a retractable wax pencil to help create the basic brow shape, and on the other a fine nibbed pen for filling in any sparse areas. I really like that both the pencil and pen aren't super pigmented, so it's easy to build up colour without giving yourself a sharpie brow.

The definite downside of this brow product is the shade range, it only comes in two colours - Love Is Blond and Brownie Points which is the one I have. It is slightly more red toned especially the pencil, than I normally go for but it still works with my brows, it's just something to think about if you have more ashy toned brows. This brow pen/pencil has great staying power, it needs an oil based make up remover to take it off.

Gossip on the grapevine is S&G may have changed the packaging, by removing the pen and replacing it with a spoolie, so if you like this version you better be quick I don't know how long they will still be available for.

Have you tried this brow pen/pencil? If not what is your go-to brow enhancer?

XOXO Claire

    1. I think they really need to add a few more shades, this one might not be an exact match for you, unfortunately :(
