Beauty Edit: Deborah Lippmann Big Blue Note Nail Polish

Indigo is fast becoming my staple autumn "It" colour and it may have been this particular nail polish that set me off. It came in a limited edition set that I received at Christmas and I've been eagerly waiting to use it and it was certainly worth the wait!

Both the swatch pictures were actually taken a week after I painted my nails, with not a chip in sight. I think we can all agree that's pretty good going, especially as darker shades are notorious for showing chips. It took 2 coats for full opacity and even with the smaller brush due to the mini bottle, I didn't have any problems with the application. Add a dollop of Seche Vite and you're good to go!

XOXO Claire

  2. I can't get enough of it, I was very impressed. Though DL is pretty expensive so it should have good staying power for that price haha ;)
