Spring Beauty & Homeware Haul: Primark, H&M Home & Sephora

I don't know what it is about spring that makes me want to redecorate, maybe it's the signal of a new season, but I just like to give things a bit of a refresh by adding a few new accessories. I know I can always count on H&M & Primark for adorable, on trend pieces that are super inexpensive. Seriously these places are a shabby chic lovers dream!

H&M Homewear Haul
Grey & Mint Woven Throw // £14.99 H&M
Cream & Pink Flowers // £6 Jane Plum Interiors
Paris Jar // £3.99 Jane Plum Interiors
Green, Pink & White Flowers  // £8 Jane Plum Interiors
Pretty Things Dish // £6.99 Sainsburys

This grey throw is a nice new addition for my bed, I have white bedding so I wanted a pop of colour and this one is perfect with the mint panel.

I'm a faux flowers girl all the way, we are pretty renowned in our family for killing anything green so it makes sense to decorate with the faux kind. I found these particular ones along with this dreamy Paris jar in a lovely shop called Jane Plum Interiors in Junction 32 Outlet, I don't know if they have any other stores but they  had some seriously gorgeous things.

I picked up the pretty things dish while doing the weekly shop with my mum and as always we got distracted in the homeware aisle, need I say more.

Essie Nail Polish Collection
Turquoise Wooden Tray // £12.99 H&M //
Similar.

I needed a new home for my slightly ridiculous Essie collection and this shabby chic tray works perfectly, I think it's supposed to be for the kitchen but I think it looks pretty cute in my bedroom hehe. For reference this tray holds around 70 Essie polishes (I still can't believe I own that many, I'm ashamed).

Primark Haul
White Throw // £15 Primark
Mint Essentials Wash Bag // £4 Primark
Red Berries & Jasmine Tin Candle // £3.50 Primark
Assortment Of Pajamas // £5-7 Primark

I did a squeal when I saw this beautiful throw in the Primark Home section, it was exactly what I had been looking for. Not only is it incredibly soft it cost just £15, say what.. I've looked at others that were double, triple the price and they aren't as nice as this one. Ok, so confession, I have a slight make up bag, wash bag addiction and this one had me at hello! Lastly do frozen & dog unicorn pajamas need any explanation? No thought not lol.

This wouldn't be a Claire shopping expedition without a bit of beauty thrown in, despite me trying to hold on tight to my purse strings where cosmetics are concerned...oh well tomorrow is another day.

Sephora Haul
Peter Thomas Roth Mini Mask Magic Set
Drybar Sake Bomb Mini Nourishing Shampoo & Conditioner

So none of these were essential, though my skin has been terrible so I'm gonna use that excuse for the masks. I may have broken the "picture before use rule" with both the dip brow and shampoo & conditioner because I couldn't wait, but I'm already pretty impressed.

Where are your favourite places to shop for pretty things for the home?

XOXO Claire

  1. Haha I'm a plant killer as well! I've been on the hunt for some big white roses for my living room, but haven't found any that look real enough,
I love so many of the bits you picked up - had my eye on the Frozen pj's in Primark last time I was there.
