What I Got For Christmas? 2015

How is Christmas over already? The build up is so intense, but the big day is over in the blink of an eye. So, while I mourn the fact that 2015 is nearly over (sob) I thought I would show you some of the lovely Christmas gifts that I received from my friends and family. Obviously, this being a beauty blog, there may have been a common theme!

What I Got For Christmas 2015
What I Got For Christmas 2015
What I Got For Christmas 2015
Hourglass Ambient Lighting Edit | Charlotte Tilbury The Gift Of Red Carpet Skin Set | Sunday Riley Luna Sleeping Oil | Charlotte Tilbury Magic Foundation | Fleur De Force Eylure Lashes | Small Z Palette | 7 Makeup Geek Eyeshadows | OPI Over The Moon For Gold Duo | Nars Killer Heals Mini Lipstick Set | Tom Ford Lips & Boys Lipstick in Alejandro | Clarins Instant Comfort Lip Oil |

I was definitely spoilt in the beauty department, many of the gifts were ones I'd had my eyes on for a while, particularly the (sold out everywhere) Hourglass Edit which I can't wait to play with (eek)! I also got a bunch of Makeup Geek eyeshadows which, I'm not gonna lie, is probably my favourite present. I picked out the colours, but Santa did pay for them (Thanks Santa, if you're reading this). I'm going to save these beauties and give them their own post, because they certainly deserve it.

My lovely friend Fiona knows me too well and got me a set of OPI Nail Polishes, which I think will be my New Years Eve nail pick. I had asked for a few more CT products as I was intrigued by the Foundation and Skincare set. I'll report back on those as and when I try them. I also got a full size of the Sunday Riley Luna Oil, I've literally just used up my sample but I couldn't justify buying the full size, again Santa luckily came, literally, to my skins rescue. Look out for a shed-load of reviews and swatch posts coming in the future!

Moving on to a few other, non-beauty related bits and pieces:

What I Got For Christmas 2015
Grey Fuzzy Throw | Bunny Slippers | Skinny Dip x Zara Martin Rose Gold Kitty Headphones | Oliver Bonus Copper Alphabet Letter | Kate Spade Rose Gold Card Holder | Debenhams & Dorothy Perkins Gift Cards.

This throw literally, had me at hello, it is so incredibly soft, I'm in love! It's also from Costco which I would never have guessed haha. My best friend Grace got me the cutest pair of slippers, I think we both must have the same brain  because I got her a bunny shaped pair too haha. She also got me my copper initial from Oliver Bonus, as I had been coveting it for months.

Can you sense a rose gold theme? I had been lusting after the "Blogger Favourite" Friends headphones for ages but they are so expensive, luckily I saw these ones from Skinny Dip and they are just as cute, they even have ears so I may have slipped word to Santa. Lastly I treated myself to this rose gold card holder from Kate Spade, I bought it from the outlet on holiday and it was 50% off so it was a bargain.

I also got some pjs and chocolate but both of those are currently being used/eaten I hope you all had an amazing Christmas, Let me know what Santa brought you?

XOXO Claire

  22. I was so spoilt. I have tried a sample of the Luna Oil before which is why I asked for the full size from Santa and It makes your skin so soft. I think I need to try it for a bit longer before I can really gauge if it's worth the money. ;)
