What I've Been Binge Watching On Netflix & YouTube #2

I can't remember the last time I actually watched a television, the majority of my time is spent on my laptop watching YouTube and Netflix. I'm ashamed to say I binge watched three whole seasons of my new favourite show over Christmas. Don't judge me, it's dark, cold and wet outside what else am I gonna do? So, I thought I would give you a little entertainment rundown, just in case you're looking for a few new shows or videos to indulge in on a winters night.

Binge Watching On Netflix
Reign
This show is my new addiction, it's a cross between Gossip Girl and The Tudors and centres around Mary, Queen Of Scots, her engagement to the future King of France and the twists and turns of living at French court. I honestly can't get enough of this show, so much so, I'm completely up to date thanks to Netflix getting the newest episodes every Saturday, 12 hours after it airs in the USA. If GG left a hole in your heart, Adelaide Kane will help fill it!

Making A Murder
Turning a complete 180, this 10 part documentary got my attention for dramatically different reasons. It's a real story about Steven Avery, a man who served 18 years in prison for a crime he didn't commit, to then be exonerated and soon after be arrested for murder. I literally gasped the whole way through, it's utterly compelling and shocking all rolled into one. You definitely have opinions at the end, lets just say it's a water cooler kind of conversation starter.

Nashville
On a lighter note, I fell back in love with Nashville. It's light and fluffy and I love the music (I'm definitely a country girl at heart). Obviously if you're not into the "country thang" you probably won't like it, but give it a go, it could surprise you, it's not just about cowboy boots.

Moving on to YouTube:

Ok, how did I not know about this lovely lady, she seems like such a genuine person and those are pretty hard to come by nowadays. I have literally, watched all her videos back to back and I love them. Her tutorials are so informative, and my god can she rock a warm toned smoky eye. Though I must say, every time she uses Colourpop eyeshadows my heart sinks a little. Please Colourpop, please start shipping to the UK!

I've read Josie's blog for quite a few years now, but I only discovered her youtube channel a few months ago, mainly because I saw pictures of her adorable dog (Dexter) on Instagram, I'm a sucker for puppys haha. But I continued to watched all her videos and vlogs and really enjoyed them. She definitely deserves more subscribers, so go show some support for a fellow blogger.

Lastly is a family of vloggers who I've watched for years. Sam and Jay are so incredibly sweet and such good parents, watching their day really brightens mine. I love how family orientated they are and how their two children care for each other it's so heart warming to watch.

So, that's what's been filling my evenings over the last few months. What have you been watching? I'm always adding to my list, so I'd love to hear your recommendations.

XOXO Claire

 1. It's amazing, I can't get enough!

 2. I haven't heard of any of these but perhaps some more stuff to add to my list here! I'm currently loving Scandal xx

 3. I have seen a couple of Scandal episodes, it hasn't gripped me yet but I'm definitely going to stick with it, sometimes it takes me a while to get into a new show and so many people rave about it, so it much be good :)

 4. I really want to watch Making a Murderer, soooo many people are talking about it!

 5. You really do, it's so shocking but you just can't stop watching!

 6. Reign is one of my current favorites! I'm waiting for them to get over this mini-winter break, so I can get my fix! The costumes are just drop-dead gorgeous, especially when Mary is wearing anything black. Just stunning. I love the entire cast, but Catherine is, without a doubt, my favorite character! What about you?!

 7. It's only been a week and I'm missing it already, hopefully it won't be too long (fingers crossed). My favourite is most definitely Mary, she is the queen after all! Though I do have a soft spot for Leith :)

Thank you so much for stopping by, let me know your thoughts on this post by leaving a comment, they really do mean the world to me!
